User Data Deletion Instructions

If you want Doamne Ajuta to delete your account and related personal data, follow one of the options below.
Option 1: Request deletion by email
- Send an email to rave.technolights@gmail.com.
- Use subject:
Data Deletion Request.
- Include the account identifier you use in Doamne Ajuta (email and/or user ID if available).
Option 2: In-app self-service request
- Open Doamne Ajuta.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap
Request account deletion and confirm.
- Your request is queued for manual review and processing.
Option 3: Admin-assisted request (support workflow)
- Support verifies account ownership and request legitimacy.
- An authorized Doamne Ajuta administrator records the deletion request in the admin dashboard.
- Doamne Ajuta processes deletion manually in backend systems.
Accounts without email (for example some Facebook logins)
If your authentication provider does not share an email address, Doamne Ajuta can process deletion requests using your internal user ID.
In these cases, requests are still accepted and handled through the same manual compliance workflow.
What we delete
- Account profile data associated with your user ID
- Authentication access in Doamne Ajuta/Firebase systems
- App-created personal content linked to your account where applicable (including RSVP records)
What we may retain
- Data required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that do not identify you personally
Processing time
We typically process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Verification
For security, we may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
Facebook Login users
If you used Facebook Login, you can also remove Doamne Ajuta access from your Facebook account settings.
This revokes future access but may not by itself delete data already stored by Doamne Ajuta.
